Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions have been made for the mutual protection of PositiviTeach and its customers. However, should you run into a problem, please contact me to discuss a solution.
Cancellation policy
All new learners are entitled to a free-of-charge learning assessment. This can be online or in person.
Paid lessons are non-refundable unless cancelled by PositiviTeach. Lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointed time for individuals and up to 48 hours before the appointed time for groups. No shows or failure to notify PositiviTeach within the specified time-frame will result in a forfeited lesson.
PositiviTeach reserves the right to cancel / refund lessons at any time and for any reason.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 3 working days once the refund has been confirmed in writing by PositiviTeach.
Intellectual Property
If any teaching resources are being used which are the Intellectual Property of a third party, this will be explicitly communicated.
All other teaching resources provided by PositiviTeach are the Intellectual Property of Monica Ronchi. Copying, selling or sharing any materials provided by PositiviTeach (regardless of whether the property is of Monica Ronchi or another provider) is strictly prohibited. Should this happen it will be treated as Intellectual Property Theft.
Guarantees
All classes are tailored specifically to the individuals within those classes, including materials, levels, activities and tests / assessments.
PositiviTeach can in no way guarantee that taking part in these classes will ensure passing of any qualifications, processes or interviews that the learner may be undertaking.

Discrimination Policy
PositiviTeach guarantees that it does not discriminate in regards to age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or religion. All classes are created to be safe spaces both from an individual and group context. There is a zero tolerance policy towards any discriminatory behaviour.
Should you have any particular topics which are triggering or problematic for you, please bring this up with your teacher who can ensure that they will not be raised during the course of a lesson.
Termini e Condizioni di Servizio
Questi termini e condizioni sono stati creati per tutelare sia PositiviTeach che i suoi clienti. Tuttavia chiunque dovesse trovarsi di fronte a un qualsiasi problema è pregato di contattarmi per discutere su come trovare una soluzione.
Cancellazioni
Tutti i nuovi studenti hanno diritto a una valutazione gratuita con un insegnante. Questa può essere effettuata virtualmente o di persona.
Le lezioni pagate non sono rimborsabili, a meno che non siano cancellate da PositiviTeach. Le lezioni individuali possono essere cancellate fino a 24h prima dell’orario concordato, e le lezioni di gruppo possono essere cancellate fino a 48h prima dell’orario concordato. In caso di mancata presenza o se la notifica di cancellazione dovesse avvenire al di fuori delle tempistiche previste, la lezione viene considerata persa.
PositiviTeach si riserva il diritto di cancellare / rimborsare lezioni in qualsiasi momento e per qualsiasi motivo.
Rimborsi
Tutti i rimborsi saranno elaborati entro 3 giorni lavorativi dal momento in cui il rimborso è stato confermato da PositiviTeach.
Proprietà Intelletuale
Se qualsiasi materiale usato durante una lezione è la proprietà intellettuale di qualsiasi entità terza, questo sarà reso esplicito sul materiale stesso o durante la lezione.
Qualsiasi altro materiale educativo fornito da PositiviTeach è la proprietà intellettuale di Monica Ronchi. Copiare, vendere o condividere qualsiasi risorse nella sua interità o in parte (indipendentemente che sia proprietà di Monica Ronchi o di qualsiasi entità terza) è severamente vietato. In tal caso, verrà trattato come un furto di proprietà intellettuale.
Garanzie
Tutte le lezioni sono create su misura per ogni individuo partecipante, inclusi materiali, livelli, attività, esami e valutazioni.
PositiviTeach non può garantire che partecipare a lezioni assicurerà il superamento di qualifiche, colloqui o processi formali che lo studente può intraprendere.

Politica contro la Discriminazione
PositiviTeach garantisce che non discrimina in termini di età, disabilità, genere, orientamento sessuale, etnia o religione. Tutte le classi sono disegnate per essere spazi sicuri sia in un contesto individuale che di gruppo. Esiste una politica di tolleranza zero nei confronti di qualsiasi comportamento discriminatorio.
Se dovessero esserci argomenti particolari che sono problematici a livello personale, ti preghiamo di parlarne con il tuo insegnante, così che questo possa assicurarsi che non vengano affrontati nel corso di una lezione.
